Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items that recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the person receiving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will have your gift replaced.
Please note that we can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from Mlagift.com .
Refunds
- In case of cancellation of order by customer, must inform Mlagift.com atleast 24 hours before delivery day. (Philippines time)
- Order Cancelled 24hrs cut off time wouldn't be refunded.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Replaces
Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Mlagift.com, for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you must inform us within 32 hours of delivery.
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
